PENSION DESCRIPTION
Our villas are located in a most beautiful and desirable area along the Dalyan River, with excellent views of the royal tombs and surrounding mountains from the back balconies. Outside there is a large patio adjacent to the kitchen/ lounge, fitted with a barbecue and providing wonderful shade in the heat of the day.
This overlooks a fifty square meter swimming pool with sun beds and umbrellas. The villas are each set within a 615 sq. meters. There is a garden with a large outer wall providing security and privacy. The accommodation, and leisure facilities have been provided to the highest possible standard.
There is a pleasant ten minute flat stroll into town with plenty of shade.
There is air conditioning throughout the property in every room. All bedrooms have balconies and there is a large terrace area off the dinning/lounge area with a BBQ. There is also free Wi-Fi.
There is an entrance ramp for disabled access and a wheel chair is available if necessary free of charge.

Room by room description:
Downstairs:
In River Green there is one single bedroom with disabled facilities and an adapted ensuite and a second twin room with disabled facilities, also ensuite
Kitchen:
Fully fitted modern kitchen with dishwasher, oven and hob with extractor fan, fridge freezer, washing machine, toaster, grill machine, deep fat fryer, microwave, dish washer, and steam iron. There is a large dining area with table and seating for up to 12 people
Living Room:
Open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. Lounge has two settees and two armchairs. There is a flat screen TV. Each villa is beautifully furnished with every creature comfort making it a home from home feeling.
Upstairs:
Two double bedrooms both ensuite with large balconies in each, overlooking the Rock tombs.
Two double bedrooms with twin beds at the front of the property with smaller balconies, both ensuite.
Additional Information:
The two single detached luxury Villas are located side by side along the Dalyan riverside , they both offer , comfort, peace and quiet ,unwinding luxury for a memorable holiday. The two villas are highly suitable the disabled and for both group holidays and wedding parties, please let us know your requirements well in advance and we will be happy to help.
Outside:
Each villa is set in 615 square meters of land and has a large walled garden. Around the pool there are twelve sun loungers with tables and sun umbrellas and there is a swing on the balcony. There is a table which seats twelve people and also a barbecue on the balcony
Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service:
Each bedroom is provided with towels and hand towels.
There is also spare bed linen for every room.
Change of linen and cleaning can be carried out for our guests as often as requested.
However free house cleaning takes place once a week, unless otherwise requested in advance (at an extra cost) and fresh towels are supplied once a week.
Other:
All services are performed by the owner of the villa (pool, garden, cleaning, etc.)
Dalaman Airport (30 minute drive).
Cars can be hired at the airport and in town.
